What can you do for me that I can't get from a regular store?

The bulk of a retail store's business comes from off the rack. They have money invested in inventory that they need to sell. Made-to-measure orders and specials will never be a priority to the store or the manufacturer, only an accommodation, and even then the work is usually sent off to a factory. On the other hand, custom clothing is our only business. The trained eye of a tailor can never be duplicated via fax or the U.S. mail. In addition, we save you time by coming right to your home or office for selection, fittings and alterations.

How long does it take to get measured and pick out the fabric? How soon after that will my suit be finished?

Established customers about  30 minutes. For your first visit, allow about an hour: 20 minutes to take measurements for suits and shirts; 30 minutes to select the style and choose the fabric; and about 10 minutes for paperwork.  It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete an order.
